Looks like the PPP grants from taxpayers and bank bailouts to me.

Not familiar with ppp grants. Isn’t it all funded by taxes?

Yes it is and it was investigated to which the conclusion was that majority just went into companies owners pockets. I can link reports if needed.

It’s not but it implies somebody holding their hand out as if they are entitled to the fruits of someone else’s labor. This activity is found in capitalism as well.
