What we do not have is *censorship*, i.e. the government limiting your ability to write or say what you want. What we do have is *retroactive damages*, if what you say was unfounded defation, meant to incite violence, etc.

Yes, they're doing NGO-led and corporation-led "content control" that is de-facto censorship because the government funds the NGO "Meldemuschis", that go around flagging and reporting people online.
I've gotten caught up in such a reporting/cancel orgy on Twitter, a few times. That's why I switched to Nostr and started off posting only in English.
My account kept getting flagged for stuff that wasn't illegal, and then frozen by Twitter, and later released again, but you know how it is: the process is the punishment. It's constant, low-level, government-financed harrassment.
At the time, I was flagged for hate speech because I said that I believed that there are only two biological sexes. 🥴
If the AfD wins, these NGOs will probably be the first things to have their budgets cut, and nobody would miss them, or their Stasi habits.
