The current NIP of following/follower has a design flaw, so the first version of this massive DM may not deliver to 100% of your followers. Expect something like a 90%.

I have a plan to implement and propose a more stable and consistent following/follower NIP for a long time.

Maybe this feature request can be a more convincing use case for it as well.
