By the way, I welcome any honest question about my condition. I don't understand everything, but I know a lot of it.
I know things from circulatory changes to new energy pathways enabled by a change in pH. There are other things I don't remember as well, something, for example, about how the change in pH and extra potassium in the blood cells causes changes in charge and size and even confusion somehow due to these differences.
Please realize, I've spent 30 years getting to this point. I've been through so much and the condition makes changes along the way. I've always fought it.
Here is one (unbelieveable but true).
Early on, like the first year into this while my system was still adjusting and finding new set points, I was drawn. Dehydrated and drinking was just going right through me. It was similar to what I was like just before my initial change, anyway my feet would swell in the shower and it would cause polyuria.
So I fought. I got a gym membership and jumped into the pool. I couldn't breathe, I felt like I was drowning, I barely dragged myself out... Then went to the urinal. I went back every day. Eventually, I wasn't taking on water and I was swimming 30 Laps.
Admittedly, all that extra fluid caused weight gain and my feet got bigger (until later), and I got super bad blisters hiking because my skin was full of water (hard to explain).
