It feels silly or embarrassing or uncomfortable or confusing or pointless or terrifying.

That doesn’t mean that you’re doing it wrong, it’s just part of the deal.

You feel the feeling.

And you do it anyway.

Because brave isn’t a feeling.

Brave is a choice.
