Relays by default just blindly relay everything with no censorship. Other than that, they're pretty boring to watch.

You can probably shut it down.

You just need a nostr client to use nostr.

It should just look like Twitter when you start it up.

Desktop clients are mostly persistent web apps. And there's lots. There's one that makes everything on nostr look like reddit.

Which ever client you use first and create your account with, remember to save the nsec key, it's your account. You use that one nsec key no matter which client you are using.
