I haven't had time to hunt in a long time. Luckily I have a friend who doesn't like fooling with the necks. Venison neck roast cooked in a Dutch oven is epic.

I split the neck and vacuum sealed. My family will get close to 10 meals out of this.

We love venison neck. We cooked one in the crockpot last year, and it was delicious.

I use a dutch oven when cooking these. I typically don't use the dutch oven for anything but this lol.
