Unpopular opinion: Light theme is best

After using every single app and system in dark mode for years, I’ve now transitioned entirely to light themes across the board.

I use the light mode after sunrise and dark mode after sunset on Android. I quite like how automatic it is. I hope this option is brought to more desktop systems.
