I worked my way up to 10mg (2 full droppers) a day. That is generally considered well below the amount needed to experience unwanted side effects while maximizing the effect.

If I remember correctly, the average person should never need more than 15mg and 10mg is the sweet spot.

If you wanted to get real geeky you could calculate the dosage for your weight.

Took 10mgs the other day and went on a high altitude 6-7mile hike at 12k feet. Was practically running up the mountain, never got winded, had a big glass of raw milk before, and strangely enough wasn’t thirsty like at all. Didn’t drink any water on the way up or down. Wild experience.
