I spent the weekend in Germany, in surreal Frankfurt, where polished political partys' banner ads hang prominently on almost every single streetlight!
The people pictured on the banners looked so warm and friendly, that you can't help but want to trust them, and sometimes even hug them... 😅

Ironically, I've also noticed an acute sense of hopelessness, and resignation among people who feel deeply betrayed by the political class, and don't know how to escape the system and what's coming.
I don't know how widespread these feelings are, as I've spoken only to a few people.
