I think the peer-to-peer possibility of Bitcoin just makes it literally impossible to Control and for good reason. And in fact sending someone Sats is not even taxable under current law anyways since you don’t exchange it for USD or EUR or a stable coin.
Paying with a crypto card which exchanges your BTC in the background and sends fiat to the counterparty would be a taxable event though.
