I worry that some developers will lose their passion for development.

Burnout happens. But I think many are being funded with grants now.

Personally, that feels like an impossibility. Every day is a blast for me.

I’ve learned over the years what makes me burn out. I think the way I work is different to others so there’s less risk (I work more when I feel most productive no matter the time of day or week)
