I don't think it's a problem with your relays. Looks like you're following just 2 people? (Maybe your follow list got wiped out 🤔)

Did you use some new client other than your regular one?

You are right!!! I was unfollowing my following list. What’s is the solution. I can’t add or delete relays or able to follow anyone. No feeds. I can only see my own notes. I cleared catches that didn’t help. It crashes too often

Not much you can do to restore your following list unless you've backed it up before (using something like https://nostrsync.live/ )--or if you've used Nostur client on iOS already, then Nostur can help restore contacts.

Otherwise, you'll have to re-follow people one by one as far as I know.
