I had a great film shop in downtown Chicago called Central Camera Company that I went to for years when I lived there.

One of those places where everyone knew your name and you knew everyone.

In business since 1899 which is incredible.

Sadly, during the riots and looting in Chicago in May 2020 someone set it on fire… gotta love “mostly peaceful protests.”

They’ve been slowly opening back up since then but I haven’t been back there since we moved to wisconsin.

Guess I need to set up my own darkroom.
