New version on Rana 🐸 v0.5.2

In this version we fix a performance issue that was making the PoW process slower than usual.

Thanks to contributors that found the issue and the fix from yukibtc.

To update just:

`cargo install rana`

With mining there is no such thing as starting over again, neither is there progress towards your goal.

Unless it found something and you lost it cause it wasn't saved, of course. But then you should have a 🍪 for your loss.

I have this issue when update: [60] Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with given CA certificates (SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired)

when "Updating crates.io index". However, now I have tried and it has worked without problem.
