I used it a few times. It worked fine.
It rugged my entire follow list and I didn’t know how to restore it at the time.
Crazy. I used it many times successfully, I guess I was lucky. Then switched to nostr:nprofile1qqs0sgghn02adywxrdp4vvmr3zk6ms7vzvz0f8nhr2ru8r08a48aqgspzemhxue69uhks6tnwshxummnw3ezumrpdejz7qgmwaehxw309ahx7um5wfjkccte9euk2emgwfhjucm0d5hszymhwden5te0wp6hyurvv4cxzeewv4ej7rx5u2p's tool for a while, it worked nicely too.
PvsZ works as well. I've always been actively pruning my list. So many people leave Nostr it's a necessity.
It’s funny, I never even knew about Yeghro’s, I just needed to build something that would work to get my count down by close to 1000 npubs and could back up my follows and then I ended up making this.

One thing I'd say you might want to check for is if your app is wiping out the hashtags people may be following.
That's something I came across in my learning journey.
Hopefully you don't have that issue.
It did that early on and I fixed it — at least I’m pretty sure it’s fixed. Nobody has complained since the first couple of days. 😅
