I used to get a lot of things like this, they're all bullshit. That's why I started doing email aliases so I know which domain sold ky email address and I can just delete the alias and still have my main inbox clean.

Brilliant idea. Wish I had thought of that. Probably too late now. At least I have my Protonmail as a fallback position.

Never too late! It is a hit cumbersome to have to change everything over but it is what it is.
