He for sure can't produce his own testosterone naturally anymore making him pharmaceutical dependent and his longevity is probably shot.

That degree of steroids just isn’t worth it, that’s like body dysmorphia tier and it’s kind of gross tbh.

Yeah like how mass monsters see their bodies as small and just chase it for the rest of their shortened lives before dying 30 or 40 years to soon.
