partial id queries?
Every nostr note has an id that is 64 letters long, but you only need the first ~6 letters of the id to look it up.

originally I conceived this idea as a way to bypass shadowbanning on other platforms of nostr links. Slip 6 innocuous words into your YouTube video description and people could follow them like a hyperlink to a nostr note (but with a little extra work)
