.... and yes you can be self made, you put everything on the line at the start. Been there, done it. All the people who come in have a role but take no risk. You risk alot when building a business

I understand what you are saying, the core of his message is not the risks

the core turns out to be right, and that is:

"if you want to grow a company into a big/gigantic company, you NEED other people’s help."

You can't have a big company without the help of other people (good workers), that's an impossible ❗️

Example: "the owner of a club in football/soccer bears the greatest risks, without an excellent coach and good players, the business/club is worth NOTHING = 0/10".

This is not a criticism of you.

This is just nature/observation of doing business.

As the owner you choose all those roles and take the risk. They're all mostly over paid disloyal bit players in sport
