Chrome OS is Linux. Just usable and well-adopted.

Cant get all the same software?
As Android? I think. Because it runs Play Store. The largest collection of apps in the world. With option for direct APK sideloads. (F-Droid, Direct APK, etc). Way easier to build on too.
