Honestly wish there was more liquid usage as a mid-level stacking option that can be secured with hardware.

Stack on lightning, swap to liquid cold storage, swap to on chain when you hit a larger threshold.

I also wondering the same. It is similar to coinjoin. Isn’t it? Move coins to lightning > liquid > back to cold storage.

After I emptied out my muun wallet a few weeks ago, I'm not feeling easy about that wallet, I had some sats that I didn't want to push back onchain as I'll defo need em for payments in the near future. I put a chunk on my voltage node but I always had a nagging feeling that I would feel more secure with them somewhere else. Liquid gives me my own keys and looks like a nice solution. I would note though that Boltz.exchange has a minimum sat amount for swapping into Liquid. I have been doing a bit of homework to ascertain how "stable" Liquid really is. Anyone have any thoughts on inherent risks, (depegging?) of Liquid as a protocol?

Pretty good plan

This is exactly where my mind has been over the weekend. Liquid might be an alternative option to the custodial lightning wallet for squirrelling away sats.
