An Instagram alternate on nostr can not only be about posting images, since Instagram is much more than that, it's also about private profiles and private posts that only approved identities can access.
If I were building an instragram clone (I still might) , that would be what I would be focussing on.

One thing Nostr has done is made it seem unnatural to post our content privately. Maybe that’s good in some cases, but probably not for photo sharing.
