Did it try to force you to buy a second Bitkey? Upon beneficiary setup it’s asking if you need a Bitkey and says if not you need to buy one. The beneficiary needing one was not explained and a HUGE downside
I DID!!! Just saw it tonight. That is 🗑️ all indications were you could sweep the finds to an address of your choosing. Until you invite a beneficiary...
And I actually HAVE another Bitkey, still think it's 🐂💩
I think if the beneficiary is an adult who will directly receive the BTC then it’s probably fine. But for me with children and I want an adult family member to receive on behalf of the children, they’re not willing to manage extra hardware as they aren’t into BTC or super tech savvy. It’s just a big psychological barrier for non bitcoiners.
Yeah just seems an unreasonable ask to force the beneficiary to buy a second one just to sweep the funds.
