I got into a long conversation learning about the "modern" cost of running a restaurant lately, quite depressing to hear with so many fees and merchants needing to accept that!
But the takeaway is maybe the good pilling point for restaurants or cafes could be the endless fees they need to pay right now, and Bitcoin is a good tool to solve this problem:)
