I don't know the details on this news today, but a couple months ago Pouch folks told me they were going to work with Strike to allow Philippines to be added to Strike's Global Payments option. I see it now in Strike. I wonder if this is what happened, they're working with Pouch?

yep, I did the first proof of concept for this feature, is using Pouch as the remittance partner.
