But not harm civilians. And if they harm them as collaterall damage they need compensate victims.
They take excess measures to avoid civilians. There is no genocide from dropping leaflets to doing door knocks. Compensation occurs after war.

There are journalists on the front line. I’ve seen the content. And the letter that these article says was written is contradictory, “In addition, the signatories called on Israel to meet its international obligations to protect journalists and immediately allow unrestricted access to Gaza for international media.” Which is it? Let them in or protect them? Again, not a serious argument.

Palestinians journalist exists. So there is no contradiction. Israel killed 179 journalists and media workers and CPJ call for their protection. Allowing access international journalist doesn't mean there are no joirnalists originated from gaza.
