The point is the amount is hard to achieve, & not many sovereigns can - they can self custody so much easier than buying 1%

Yes, you’re right about the amount. El Salvador can’t stack 1% supply, but they can self-custody. Custodian for MSTR corn can be 6102’d with a phone call as far as we know.
