Just salt and pepper. You can’t over pepper a steak. The Otto seriously rules. I only use it in Wyoming where regular grills struggle to reach high temps due to altitude. The Otto reliably gets to 1500 degrees Celsius in 3 minutes. About the size of a microwave and highly recommended.
I heard you and Parker go hard on the pepper.
I usually go salt only but I’m down to try heavy as fuck on the pep 😈
