Property is real...I don't know what you are getting from what I write. If I am forced (by the government) to allow my hotel to be used for housing being bribed or shutdown, that is forced association.

Also it isn't at all clear to me that "public property" should have no rules (because if it were private property it certainly would). If they do exist and enforce rules they should do so fairly to the extent that it does least harm. If public resources are being used on those native to the public property versus for those foreign to it, that seems less harmful and appropriate.

The second paragraph is not in aggregate, true. Much like it is incentivized by the government to be a leech than a productive person (gives them more control) there is an incentive to have people who are constantly fearful of being arrested to have a compliant group that are easily controlled. (Why democrats tend to want immigrants) OR a cheaper exploitable working class (why republicans tend to want immigrants). Either way deportation is a neutralizing act that orders a procedure for association.

AGAIN, I wish that everyone could freely associate and live in a place without a gang controlling them.

I am not advocating for deportation or intervention. I am making the point that the cultural sentiment that foreigners are being disruptive to the cultural milieu is not hypocritical to embracing foreign cultural assimilations. This is an EQ thing not a logical deduction.
