apparently he learned about about buying black market food stamps from his neighbor who just took delivery of a cybertruck
since the food stamps are debit cards, they get the card, buy groceries and then pay up the total to the card owner when they return the card. and also get no tax on checked since food assistance is tax free.
This is genius. Wonder how he found the market in the first place
