While there is not much value in the information disrespectful unintelligent individuals can provide, there is value anyway.

Words do not affect me personally or emotionally. If someone is resentful, angry, sad, or scared, it is their state. I can try to help them with my open and positive energy and understanding, but if they're not ready, it's ok.
