Additional Chinese actions against U.S. Businesses Announced

The Chinese ministry of Commerce (MOC) has announced the addition of 6 U.S. companies to the Unreliable Entity List. These companies, including Shield AI and Sierra Nevada, have been targeted due to their dealings with Taiwan, who’s sovereignty China does not recognize.

Additionally, the MOC has announce export controls on dual-use items to 12 U.S. tech and manufacturing entities, including drone manufacturers and a number of communications companies.
