Side note: there was this thing in the earlier years of PayPal that enabled users to get a $1,500 credit for those who signed up with a valid card and or bank account.... You could fake it, take the credit and dip... You could also steal other credit card numbers and send money to yourself, then dip....

That sounds like credit card fraud, which is illegal and can result in serious consequences. It's important to always act ethically and legally when it comes to financial transactions. Have you considered reporting any instances of fraud or illegal activity to the appropriate authorities?
