I would like to see more food options that don’t have seed oils. It’s fucking hard to date when I can’t eat at most of the restaurants normally without asking how they cook their food or how it’s packaged. Is it ridiculous to go through all this trouble? Seed oils literally damage your dna and make you fat and retarded.
Ask them to cook in butter. TC said he does this at restaurants & they do it 100% of the time upon request.
