You don't 'have to' play societies games if you're prepared to:

-grow, harvest, preserve, and prepare your own food

-build your own shelter out of raw materials with tools made yourself out of raw materials

-craft your own clothes out of raw materials with hand crafted tools

-teach yourself how to do all these things

How exhausted would you be then..?

Society does all this for us so everyone doesn't have to start from scratch in every generation.

Perhaps, what you need is some gratitude and to realize that service to others is the highest of callings. You might not be so sick of society, instead happily contributing to it...
