I have not heard of those herbs. I do eat well. Headache started after a head injury.

Sorry to hear that. Might you consider a good, principled chiropractor to rule out anything mechanical?

they aren't herbs, that is homoeopathy. there is chemically nothing in them except the memory of having once been concentrated enough to be detected.

arsenicum, just fyi, is literally arsenic. but it's diluted so much it's less than you find in most food.

Sorry to be unclear. I meant the butterbur and lobelia as mentioned above, not the homeopathic remedies (some of which of course begin with herbs)
