~thanks Dan. As I wait for a buyer to show up I'll be continuing to do small things to make my Place more attractive.

Yesterday I replaced a door. Today I'll be doing some cleaning and a bit of painting.

Even though I can't force someone to show up. I can always be putting my best foot forward 👊
