Watching prices drop in an area I'm looking at houses. Saw one last week dropped about 28%. Everyone has been telling me the market there is so hot and everyone is getting above asking price. Just seeing stuff in the $300k rang sit and sit. $500k plus range saw houses sit for 400 plus days. No housing market collapse or anything though.
