definitely bazaar
but the bizarre way that linus has behaved since last year or so, kow towing to the wokesters, and not just him, bruce schneier, cory doctorow, nassim taleb... i mean, they clearly identify the targets, and line up a dozen ways to break their integrity, i mean, what else can you conclude? after literally decades of legitimate anti-authoritarianism they start chanting the fucking slogans?
i find it quite fascinating... Rob Pike, Ken Thompson, Richard Griesemer, Ian Lance Taylor... the Go guys... they have just stayed the fuck out of the politics, they are hard core, i mean hard, computer scientists, and freaks
they work for google but clearly nobody has seen fit to fuck with their politics and they have wisely stayed the fuck away from it
i do think that there is something going on here, that will be revealed over the next years how this all happened
