It's not really about ownership so much as it is the basic right to live in peace on land your family has stewarded for centuries.

Private land ownership in the region is only 166 years old.

Sure, now that it's there, it'll need to be hashed out. But it's not pieces of paper on which deeds are written that are driving the fighting. It's the genocidal apartheid.
