I also grew up in the same era. We are the only generation that knows both no technology (internet, mobile devices) and complete technology takeover..

For example they used to say if you die in your dream, you die in real life, but I’ve died many times in my dreams and still seem alive 🤷♀️
Exactly. Which makes me consider if it’s something our ancestors told us to keep us spiritually grounded while in dreamscapes. But please understand I’ve been online and off since the 80’s but primarily off. Media consumption is apparently very low for my age as well so … kinda like an old soul
