Opinion and privacy are both even needed for a good democracy.

But anonimity is a more difficult one. At all times? For the vote? Can you have a feeling of identity in a group of anonymous people. I doubt that. How to ever unite a group of anonymous people?

Trust is the record of past actions plus a leap of faith. How to attach a record of past actions to someone if not at least pseudonym?
