Here's a picture of the "cold chili" I made the other day. People compare it to "cowboy caviar" which I hadn't heard of previously but I guess it's true.

Yes, it has all the ingredients of a regular chili, I didn't add any meat though, you just don't cook anything, instead you let it marinate for a bit before you mix it all together. TBH I liked it even better the next day 😍
