Yes, but black seed oil is not the same as “seed oils”. Seed oils are things like canola, soy, sunflower, safflower and “vegetable” oils. Olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil are all ok. As is black seed oil which I think is a natural analog to hydroxychloraquin, but check me on that.
