Vegan Pho. A lot to learn by trying to be a vegan during Veganuary (Vegan + January). I think I’ll be to vegetarian next month though … #vegan

I made an exception and tried red meat after watching a Bitcoin Standard YouTube video. Good for me but not sure good for animals … so I hesitate to eat especially meat.
