Is there anywhere I can find information on the different mints?

What happens to my funds if I delete one mint in favour of another?

We recommend getting your sats off before switching mints. You might forget, the mint might delist, shut down, etc. But if you join it again, you'll still have your balance there.

And are you working on having an option for multiple mints, if that can even be a thing?

We can only show the mint info that's available and right now that's about all there is.

Multi mint is complicated. Not being worked on, let's start with one mint at a time.
