Or are these bots in my dms trying to debase me?
I got messages with additional invoices from unknown accounts for both wss://relay.Orangepill.dev and wss://lightningrelay.com after I paid on “pay 2 relay” through relay.exchange

Hi nostr:npub1q5y582hd2t3pkfu6h8e88jggx97k279yja72m033vhx5hjzae39sdaxzp8 I can try to help you out here. relay.exchange features a list of paid relays that you can choose to pay for, but the payment occurs ultimately on the relay provider's payment portal.
As for the messages you are receiving about invoices, the way this works is for any paid relay that you add to your profile (atleast for Nostream based paid relays) you will receive an invoice payment DM. You can choose to make the payment through that or visit the relay URL payment page to complete the payment.
As for relay.orangepill.dev and ca.orangepill.dev that I operate I checked to see if you were already admitted to the relays. I was unable to find a admission record in the relay DB for your public key on relay.orangepill.dev. For ca.orangepill.dev, I saw a record created on 25th April 2023 but the admission status is false indicating either an unsuccessful payment or that the payment was processed and the admission did not occur. In either case we can discuss over DM and try to get it resolved for you to get you up and running with our service.
