Funny thing is my bachelors is in exercise physiology. Just have to get back to my roots and do proof of work

If you don't the world doesn't stop but just probably your quality of life and it likely never ends up happening. Just one day at a time. Each day not basking in the previous one but pushing forward and the viola a habit is formed.
