If you find you’re using these frequently, it’s a huge cost saver to source each ingredient separately, in bulk, and mix them yourself.

Ex: buying pre-dosed ashwagandha pills can cost $30+ per month (30 servings). Buying ashwagandha extract powder will get you 400-800 servings (depending on dosage) for the same price.

They also sell cordyceps extract, which is in your mix above. 2.2lbs is $37 and has 500 servings.

It’s a little extra time up front, but once you dial in your dosing it will save you hundreds, possibly thousands a year.
